Reading Support 9 1 Credit

NOTE: THIS COURSE IS OFFERED FOR GENERAL CREDIT.

This trimester course is for students who need direct reading support while enrolled in their required literature course. Reading Support 9 is scheduled during the same trimester as Writing and Literature A or B and meets two days a week. Topics of study complement and reinforce the themes and genres covered in the English curriculum. Students also work on vocabulary development.  Placement is made at the recommendation of the guidance counselor and/or past English instructor.
