Computer Graphics

Course Description

This introductory one-trimester course is designed to help students develop presentation skills in visual/graphic arts and publications. Using industry standard applications such as Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, students will study the elements of graphic design and layout. Students will learn how to integrate graphics, text to produce high quality publications and computerbased presentations. Students will learn how to create digital images using a scanner and digital camera and will acquire the skills to manipulate those images using digital software. It is recommended that students who enroll in this class type at least 20 words per minute. Curriculum Map for Computer Graphics
