NOTE: THIS COMPRISES THE THIRD AND FOURTH TRIMESTERS OF THE FRENCH INTERMEDIATE CURRICULUM. STUDENTS MUST PASS AN ORAL PROFICIENCY EXAM AT THE END OF THIS COURSE.

PREREQUISITE: INTERMEDIATE I .

All four language skills are further expanded, with increasing development of reading and writing skills. Review and expansion of language structure is emphasized. Special readings, films and recorded cultural materials supplement core materials. Daily homework is required. This course is taught mainly in French . A minimum grade of C- is required to enter Advanced I
