Hill and Ronnie Boss

Hill and Ronnie Boss are the current owners of the Grist Mill Antique shop, in Amherst MA. Mr. Boss was clerk, was a member of the select board until 2000. Mrs. Boss used to work in the computer science Department at UMass The Bosses have owned the mill for about 18 years, and soon will have to leave. They were the first people ever to live in their mill, as well as work there. They have sold it to someone who plans to use the mill for office space.
This mill has witnessed America's growth into the nation it is now. The mill had been built years before Washington crossed the Delaware River, it was there when the shot heard around the world was fired, it was there when the first American Independence Day was celebrated. This mill was there in the days of Lincoln, Lee, Tubman, and Grant. It was there through the Depression, and World Wars one and two. It was there during the Vietnam War, the Civil Rights movement and September 11th. This mill was here longer than America itself, now it's office space.
