Henry Francis Hills
Henry Francis Hills was born Nov. 8, 1833. He married Mary Adelaide Spencer (Hills). She was born Nov. 26, 1840. They had 5 children, they were:

Caroline Cheney Hills (Allen), born June 14, 1876, died Jan. 1, 1974
Susan Clapp Hills (Skillings), born April 13, 1882, died Jan. 25, 1968

Henry, in addition to carrying out the palm-leaf industry after his father's death, became the president of both the short-lived American Button Company, and the Roper Repeating Rifle company. He later became president of the Amherst Water Company and the Amherst Gas Company. He contributed $10,000 to the Agricultural College and was influential in the purchase and donation of the Wildwood Cemetery to the town.
Henry died April 25, 1896. Mary died June 11, 1910.
