Requesting Transcripts:

Transcripts can be requested in the High School Main Office or online. Please allow 2 business days for processing.

(The online request link will bring you the UniPay website.  From there choose Amherst Pelham Regional School District, then choose Former Student Transcript Requests.)

​New to Amherst Regional Middle or High School?

Welcome! Below is the procedure for enrolling and requesting high school courses:

1. Complete Registration Paperwork

Once all the registration documents are submitted the Registrar will:

2. Set up any necessary placement tests (in Math, Foreign Language, and/or English Language for non-native English speakers)
3. Set up a counselor meeting to schedule classes

Information for High School students enrolling for the 2018-19 school year:

March 6 – Family Curriculum Night presentation for 8th grade parents, in the High School Auditorium.  Special education course information beginning at 6:15 pm.  General education course information 7:00 pm-8:30 pm.
April 27 (8:00 am-10:45 am) – Step-up Day, for current 8th graders and potential new students to visit the school.  New families should contact the Registrar to RSVP.
August 23 – High School Open House, for new students and all incoming 9th graders.

Newly enrolling students and those returning to ARHS after a withdrawal should:

  • Submit all registration forms and supplemental documents.
  • Submit course request forms.
  • Schedule placement tests and a guidance appointment.  New students will meet individually with a guidance counselor to choose classes and are exempted from the online course request required for currently enrolled students.

Placement tests and guidance appointments for students enrolling for the 2018-2019 school year will happen in early June and late August.  Students must be fully enrolled in school in order to sign up for a placement test or meet with a guidance counselor.

Timeline for June placement tests:

  • Math placement tests, grades 9-12 (required for most new/returning students): May 31st or June 5th at 2:30 pm
  • Foreign Language placement tests, grades 9-12 (for students continuing a language study): June 7th or June 11th at 2:30 pm
  • Guidance appointments, grades 9-12: June 8th-15th

Timeline for August placement tests:

  • Math placement tests, grades 9-12 (required for most new/returning students): August 16th or August 22nd at 9:00 am
  • Foreign Language placement tests, grades 9-12 (for students continuing a language study): August 22nd at 9:00 am
  • English Language placement tests, grades 7-12 (for students whose native language is not English): August 22nd at 9:00 am
  • Guidance appointments, grades 9-12: August 23rd -24th

Information for Middle School students enrolling for the 2018-19 school year:

February 27 – Middle School Parent Orientation presentation for 6th grade parents, at the Middle School.  6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
February 27 - Middle School Parent Special Education Orientation presentation for 6th grade parents, in the Middle School Library.  6:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
