   Buses pick children up 1 hour after regularly scheduled time. School begins at 9:40 AM and ends at 3:05 PM (on Wednesday, school ends at 1:20 PM).

2 hour delay.... 

    Children are picked up 2 hours after regularly scheduled time and school begins at 10:40 AM and ends at the regular time...3:05 PM (on Wednesday, schools ends at 1:20PM).
