PE: Individual Sports and Wellness 2 Credits

Not Offered in 2011-2012

This course will offer a variety of individual sports and wellness activities.  Individual sports include:  pickleball, badminton, golf, snowshoeing, jump-roping.  Wellness includes: yoga, self-defense, dance, running, walking, tai-chi.
