Step by Step Instructions on how to set up a Community Service Project:

1.  Thoroughly read through the Course Expectations.

2.  Print out Agreement Form and Community Service Project Proposal Form.

3.  Contact a possible site supervisor for your project.  You may want to refer to the database of internship placements for potential leads.

4.  Print out the SYOP Memo to Supervisors and meet with your internship supervisor to complete the agreement form. 

5.  Bring completed forms to the SYOP seminar class or your individual meeting with Ms. Balzano or Ms. Mafi in the first weeks of the trimester.

6.  Begin recording your hours on the SYOP time card.
