Items Needed for Sports Registration:

Complete Athletic Participation Form--also available in the Main Office of the middle school, Main Office of the high school, and the Athletic Director’s Office

Complete Emergency Information Card--available in Main Offices and Athletic Director’s Office (not online)

Payment of Participation Fee, due at time of registration. Please make check payable to ARHS Athletics, include athlete’s name and sport in memo line of the check. Payment is required to try out/practice.

Current Sports Physical Form, on file with the school nurse before the first day of tryouts. Please call the nurse’s office at the high school at 362-1744 or 362-1743. Questions for middle school registrants please contact the middle school nurse at 362-1974.
