CLUB HISTORY
The ARHS Community Service Club was started by Christine Slocumbe and Michael Hegner in 2005 to give students at ARHS the opportunity to interact with their community by participating in various events, and to volunteer at the soup kitchen throughout the year. The club is now run by Junior Shirin Hakim, who organizes many of the events, and is always in contact with members and organizations in our town and looks for anyone who may benefit from the help of our club. Ms. Leatart is the club advisor, and meetings are held in her room,133, on Wednesday afternoons. Most of the activities we do are outside of school, many of which are on the weekends. We have a lot of fun and are always welcoming new members. If you love helping out, and are looking for a way to get involved in the community, this club is for you!
