This year, seniors will fill out the college conference form on line. The form consists of four parts:

• Part 1 asks for parent contact information, your senior year schedule (all three trimesters), and all of your test scores. You should have this information ready in order to fill out this part of the questionnaire. If you are making any changes to your schedule, go ahead and work on Part 2, 3, or 4. Then come back to Part 1 when you have your schedule finalized.
• Part 2 asks for some background information about you (hobbies, travel, activities and such) and also about what kind of college you are looking for.
• Part 3 asks you to describe yourself as a person and to reflect about what’s important to you.
• Part 4 is a writing sample. You should take a look at the instructions for the sample, prepare the writing sample in a text editor, and then paste it into text area on the questionnaire.
