ENGLISH	MCAS review of Open Response practice test. Finish Alvarez story and peer edit paragraphs. Evaluate using MCAS rubric. We will finish Tom Sawyer and have writing time for final writing assignment for Tom Sawyer.	Finish reading Tom Sawyer by Thursday March 6 Paragraphs due Monday, March 10
Science	www.arps.org/USERS/ms/kellye/index.htm Check with Mr. Kelly for the activities this week. Completing the video about heredity.	See Mr. Kelly for the homework assignments
Social Studies	Investigate the conditions in Africa through readings, discussion and video. Discuss “Love in the Sahel”. Also, discuss Coming of Age homework, and examine the results of the “Day in a Life” graph. Review some current events, particularly the recent Democratic primaries in Ohio and Texas. Some MCAS preparation work will happen this week as well.	Day in a Life due Tues. Africa Introduction homework due on Thursday for C, G and Friday for D, F
