democratic ideals? How have they transformed that government to
better reflect changing interests, needs, and values? The Political Change Unit ends this week--but political change continued. We will investigate two people who were deeply involved in political changes: Elizabeth Cady Stanton (Voting Rights for Women) and William Wilberforce (ending the Slave Trade in Great Britain). |

Continuing Matter and Molecules We are looking at how substances are made of different mixtures of different substances. Students should be able to describe the states of matter of various substances in molecular terms and be able to contrast pure substances and mixtures. HW: Make a working Cartesian Driver. Bring it to school or show a note from parent/ guardian that you made a working one (25%). Explain how it works (75%). |
