How did the
contradiction of slavery and other sectional differences lead to
civil war? How did the struggle for opportunities continue after the
war? This week we will continue to examine sectional differences in the early and mid-1800s (differences in the economy and daily life between the North and the South) as well as attempts to compromise over these differences. |
Challenge projects are due May 29. |
