FROM THE SOUTH   (From Hartford/Springfield)

Take 1-91 North

Take the second Northampton exit, #19, onto Route 9 East. At the end of the ramp, take a right ( over the Coolidge Bridge ).

Proceed about seven miles past the Hampshire Mall and Stop & Shop to a set of lights at the top of the hill by the Town Common. Take a left at the lights onto So. Pleasant St.

The Common is now on your right. At the next set of lights in the center of town, go straight. Continue and go straight through the next lights by the Post Office (on right) and straight through the next set of lights by the Bay Bank (on far right corner).

Go two short blocks (the first is called Chestnut Court) and look for Chestnut Street on the right. Take a right on Chestnut Street.

The MIDDLE SCHOOL at the end of the street on the left before the curve. Park and enter on the front (west side ).

FROM THE NORTH (Brattleboro)

Take 91 South to the Whately/Amherst exit

Take Route 116 to the U.Mass. exit. At the end of the ramp, take a LEFT toward town. (This will turn into a divided boulevard as you drive through the U.Mass. campus.)

At the top of the hill, bear right through the lights and follow this around to the lights by the Bay Bank. Take a left onto E. Pleasant St. by the Bay Bank.

Go two short blocks (the first is called Chestnut Court) and look for Chestnut Street on the right. Take a right on Chestnut Street.

The MIDDLE SCHOOL at the end of the street on the left before the curve. Park and enter on the front (west side ).

Exit 8 of Mass. Pike. Turn right toward Palmer. 

In Palmer turn right and follow Rte. 181 North to Bondsville. 

In Bondsville, take left turn to continue on Rte. 181 through Belchertown. 

One mile after Belchertown take left onto Rte. 9 West. 

Follow Rte. 9 into Amherst. At first traffic light turn right onto South East Street. 

At next light turn left onto Main Street. 

Go 4 blocks and turn right onto High Street.  

Follow High Street to Middle School which will  be on your right. (Chestnut Street)

FROM ROUTE 2   (GOING WEST)

Take Rte. 202 South to Pelham Hill (approximately 8 miles). 

Turn right onto Pelham Hill Road at flashing light.  

Go several miles, until you hit a traffic light.

Go through this traffic light. 

Go 4 blocks and turn right onto High Street.  

Follow High Street to the Middle School which will  be on your right. (Chestnut Street)
