Registration Information

We welcome visitors to A.R.M.S., but we require at least a month's notice to set up your visit.  We can accommodate up to 8 people per visit.  Please check the A.R.M.S. calendar link for available dates before making your request.  The registration fee is $50.00 plus $25.00 per visitor.  You may register in either of two ways:

1. Call 1-413-362-1800 and leave a message for one of the coaches to call you back.  The coaches' names are:

2. Email one of the coaches with the following information:

   A. When would you like to visit?  Please list at least three possible dates.

   B. Who will be visiting?  We need a definite number and names in      
            order to plan your schedules for the day.

   C. What specifically would you like to see?  Visit the Services page to see
        descriptions of what we offer.

   D. What questions do you have?
        What are your specific areas of interest? 
        If we know this we can schedule interviews with people who can address your
               unique issues.

We will reply to your registration request within a week.
