School Records to be Destroyed

The Amherst-Pelham Regional School District will destroy the special education and Section 504 records of students born before or during 1993 and graduated, moved, or aged out of eligibility on or before 2011. Any student, who wishes to pick up their records, must contact the Student Services Office at (413) 362-1834 before August 20, 2018.

The local news reporters from the Daily Hampshire Gazette visited our school when our 8th grade students were interviewing our guests-students from UMass - all students who are immigrants - or come from recently immigrated families. We were practicing our qualitative research skills of the interview method in preparation forinterviewing immigrant family members. Students, Families, Staff and Friends are all invited to the District's First Day Celebration on the Town Common on Tuesday, August 28th from 5-6:30 PM! There will be food, music, games and art to welcome back our students and new students to the 2018-2019 school year!
