Immunization Requirements

In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, students are to be immunized as specified by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Students may be exempt from immunizations for religious beliefs. A written notice from the parent/guardian regarding the religious beliefs must be kept in the student health record. Exemption from immunizations for medical reasons will be accepted with documentation from the health care provider of contraindication.
