Parent/Guardian Survey Available Until June 22

As the 2008-2009 school year draws to a close, parents and guardians are invited to provide feedback regarding their children’s experience in the Amherst Regional Public Schools this year.  Parents and guardians who have an email address on file with their school received a link to complete the survey online.  If you did not receive the emailed link and prefer to take the survey online, please send your email address to Debbie Westmoreland at westmorelandd@arps.org and the link will be forwarded to you.  Please specify your child’s grade level because there are separate surveys for the elementary schools, the Middle School and the High School.  

For those who prefer to complete a paper copy of the survey, copies are available in the Principal’s Office at each school. Spanish language translations will also be available soon.  The deadline for completing online surveys is 11:00 p.m. on the last day of school, Monday, June 22nd.  Paper surveys should be returned either to the Principal’s Office of your school or to the Superintendent’s Office at 170 Chestnut Street by 4:00 p.m. on June 22nd. 

Al llegar al cierre del año escolar 2008-2009, invitamos a padres y encargados a enviarnos comentarios sobre la experiencia de sus niñas/niños en las Esculas Regionales de Amherst.  Si su escuela tiene su dirección de correo electrónico, usted recibirá el enlace y la puede completar electrónicamente. Si no recibió el enlace y desea completarlo por computadora, favor de enviar su dirección de correo electrónico a Debbie Westmoreland a la siguiente dirección westmorelandd@arps.orge y le enviaremos el enlace.  Favor de escribir los grados de cada uno de sus niñas/niños, ya que hay distintas encuestas para las escuelas elementales, la escuela intermedia y la escuela superior.

Si prefiere completar la encuesta por escrito, puede conseguir una copia en la oficina del principal de su escuela.  Tendremos encuestas en español pronto.  La fecha límite para completar la encuesta electrónicamente es el último día de clases, lunes, 22 de junio a las 11:00 pm.  Las encuestas por escrito deben ser devueltas ese mismo día a la oficina de su principal o la oficina del superintendente (Calle Chestnut #170) a las 4:00 pm.
