Policy CHI: Administration in Policy Absence

When action must be taken within the school system where the Committee has provided no guides for administration action, the superintendent will have the power to act.

His decisions, however, will be subject to review by the Committee at its next regular meeting. It will be the duty of the superintendent to inform the Committee promptly of such action and of the need for policy.
