An Enormous Estimation Problem

Classwork

The school is always worried about running out of paper at the end of the year. Suppose you are the principal of ARHS. During the summer, the secretary shows you a whole room of paper. You have to stop and think: will this be enough? Consider that our classroom is filled to the brim with stacks of paper. (You may assume that the paper is the same quality as what this is printed on.) How many sheets would fit in here? Would it be enough for the whole school for the whole year?

This is a big problem. Outline your strategy carefully. Be explicit about any simplifying assumptions you make. Label all computations and results.
