OUTING CLUB CALENDAR

Trips
The Outing Club exists to facilitiate members going on trips. Canoeing, Biking, Snowshoeing, Skiing, anything that sounds fun. If you have any trip ideas, you are encouraged to bring them up at a meeting, as we are always looking for more ideas. If you would like to go on a trip, you should come to an Outing Club meeting and sign up there. Permission slips are required for all trips. Trips generally have a student leader with parent and staff chaperones. Trips come in two flavors:

School Sponsored: High school staff member(s) are chaperoning the trip as well as possible parental chaperones. These trips are associated with the school for insurance and legal purposes, and chaperones are required to undergo a CORI background check..
Not School Sponsored: Trips without a HS Staff member present, chaperoned by teacher-approved parent chaperones and student leaders.

If you have a parent who would like to come along on a trip, they should contact a club officer or Mr. Kropf in order to request the proper documentation.
