sWelcome to the MSAN Regional Youth
Coalition Website!
Our coalition of students from Amherst, Brookline,
Cambridge and Windsor High Schools officially began with
the 2008 MSAN Regional Youth Summit at Amherst
Regional High School in February. The idea for the
conference came much earlier in the year at the 2007
Nation Student Conference in Arlington, Virginia when
student leaders and staff from Cambridge Rindge & Latin
High School and Amherst High School devised a plan to
create a regional coalition. Inspired by the
energy of the network at the annual conferences, our
students didn't want to lose the momentum.
Together, we vowed to meet once per year as a regional
coalition to close the achievement gap in our schools.
