Hospitality Studies is a study of the various components of the hospitality industry. It is designed for those students interested in exploring the world of hospitality in relation to hotels, restaurants, sports, travel/tourism, attractions and retail. Students will use these industries as a backdrop for learning business and management skills. Subject matter will include human relations and communication, economics, career paths, marketing strategies, business operations and organizations, and an orientation to the
hotel, restaurant, sport, travel/tourism, attraction and retail industry. This course is open to juniors and seniors. Students will need to complete an application to enroll in this program. See your counselor for more information.
