Who am I?
I was born June 20, 1996.
When I was in second grade, my family and I went on a year long trip to the Netherlands (or Holland). I was very excited for the trip, but I was also very nervous. I would be leaving all my friends and the way of society I knew. The flight there was seven hours and I was bored for a lot of it. And when we finally got to the airport we then had to take a train to the little city of Delft. This was where I would live for the next year. It took a while but soon I had a few new friends. School was fun (no homework) and I loved exploring the old city. I had Kerstmas (christmas) and my birthday. But all too soon it was time to leave. I had to say goodbye to friends again, as well as take the long journey. I remember walking into my room for the first time in a year and checking all my stuff to make sure I was really back. To make sure I was home.
