The Wildwood Library welcomes volunteers that have undergone the Volunteer Orientation Class run by the Wildwood Administration. Matches between volunteers and needed school areas are then made.

Wildwood Library volunteer possibilities come as generally:

Helping with shelving, shelf reading, book covering, etc. These are tasks that can be done most anytime.
Bulletin board design. We need artistically inclined volunteers.
Assisting when classes are in the library - helping students look for books and checking out their books, reading to individuals or small groups. These classes take place in the mornings.
Assisting with 6th grade research classes. These take place in the afternoon from 1:45 - 3:00.
Tasks requiring computer knowledge.
Cataloging new materials - this requires professional library training.
