The School Committees believe that skillful, effective and efficient administration of the schools and school system is essential to help provide excellent educational opportunities for all the students of our schools and to help insure close adherence to the philosophy and goals of the schools as determined by the Committees. It is the intention, therefore, of the School Committees to provide staffing for a reasonable administrative structure for the schools. The Superintendent of Schools will be expected to design an organizational structure that will most clearly describe the relationships and responsibility areas of administrators and staff that the Superintendent believes will effectively accomplish the goals of the schools. An annual report on the administrative structure will be made by the Superintendent to the School Committees for their review and approval.
