Rights to copyrights or patents of books, materials, devices, etc.,developed by staff members in conjunction with their duties for theschool system will remain with the staff members.
All actual materials, devices or products that result from the dutiesof staff members employed by the school system will remain the propertyof the system and available for use even in the event that any of theselocally produced materials gains commercial appeal.
