The School Committee(s) believe employee assistance programs can be beneficial for employees and their families. Further, improved employee health can be of direct benefit to schools and the students they serve.Accordingly, it is the intent of the School Committee(s) to participate in local employee assistance programs. Such programs will be operated in accordance with procedures established by local employee assistance advisory committees and State law. Budgetary support for employee assistance programs will be determined annually by the School Committee(s).
