The Regional Schools maintain a comprehensive program of after school athletics for students in the middle school and high school.
To assist in the support of this program, each student participating in a sport will be assessed a fee to offset the costs in that sport. The assessment schedule will be approved by the School Committee before implementation.
Funds collected as a result of this assessment will be deposited in the Athletic Revolving Fund.
The Superintendent of Schools, or his/her administrative designee, is authorized to waive this assessment in individual cases of financial hardship.
Failure to settle this assessment prior to the first scheduled tryout/practice may result in a student being declared ineligible for participation.
