The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Human Resources (or Human Resources) provides quality leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources related policies, practices, and procedures in a professional, caring, and consistent manner to provide an equitable and positive work environment for all district employees.

Our mission is the academic achievement of every student learning in a system dedicated to social justice and multiculturalism. Our ultimate goal is to cultivate an environment that values diversity and talent by proactively encouraging people of all backgrounds to join our team.
