School Cancellations
If school is cancelled or delayed, a message will be displayed on the district website's front page. If no message appears, then school is open at the regular time.

School Delays
One Hour Delay
Buses pick children up 1 hour after the regularly scheduled time – school begins one hour later than usual. Students are dismissed at the regular time.
Two Hour Delay
Children are picked up 2 hours after regularly scheduled time -school begins 2 hours later than usual. Students are dismissed at the regular time.
In the event of a School Cancellation or Delay, a phone call, email, and text message will be sent out from the Superintendent or their designee. The message will also be posted to all official ARPS District Social Media Accounts and shared with the media partners listed below.
